Graves Performance Therapy provides cash-based physical therapy in Sonora, Texas with Dr. Ben Graves, PT, DPT, CSCS, BRM. Visits are one-on-one and mobile: on the course, court, or field, including golf rehab and performance at Sonora Golf Club. Evaluation or treatment is $150 for 60 minutes; bundled visit packages are available. Ben sees clients at Sonora Golf Club, 1612 Golf Course Rd, Sonora, TX 76950, and also travels to clients in Sonora and San Angelo.
Physical therapy and sports performance training are different services. Under Texas Direct Access (Tex. Occ. Code §453.301), treatment without a physician referral is limited to 30 consecutive calendar days. A referral from a referring practitioner is required to continue treatment beyond that limit. Sports performance training is athletic conditioning. It is not physical therapy and is not medical treatment.
Sonora hours: Tuesday–Thursday 6:00–7:00 p.m. · Friday–Saturday 8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.. You pay your own green fees or range fees when a visit is on a golf course. Private visits are cash-based. Graves Performance Therapy, PLLC does not bill insurance.
